The room block is reserved under VentureTech and is available only until the block is filled or Friday, October 16, 2026, whichever comes first. Rooms are limited, so reserve your stay early to secure the discounted conference rate. A deposit equal to one night’s room and tax is required at booking, and cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one-night room-and-tax penalty.
